Votre mission:
This role requires strong leadership, collaboration and problem-solving skills, business knowledge and SAP solution expertise mostly in the Finance & Controlling domain, as well as integration with other SAP modules (mostly but not limited to MM, SD, FSCM, Master Data, Roles and Authorisations). SAP S/4 experience is also highly appreciated. MAIN REPONSIBILITIES Co-Responsible together with the Head of Department for the four main SAP workstreams: technical operations, corporate projects, maintenance & evolution, and support. Build strong relationship with the Business and help to align SAP roadmap to the company executive strategy. Assist in the coordination and growth of 3 Teams of highly skilled professionals based in Geneva, Lisbon and Chennai (IN) on regular activities, continuous delivery of changes, escalation, etc. Collaborate with SAP Leaders and Business Architects, on functional and technical side, promoting seamless integration and interactions across the teams. Ensure quality of the Delivery, with a focus on Audit (both internal and external) and participate in the continuous improvement process in place to enhance Customer Satisfaction. Evaluate, plan for, and drive organizational change. Assist in managing the approach, tools and processes that will be used to support business transition events. JOB PURPOSE MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company continues to invest and lead the world container market with ships, an extensive container fleet, intermodal and dedicated staff for its customers. The Company’s evolution to its leading brand needs consistency to market, and therefore it is paramount to standardise data, process and management information. For the SAP Department’s Centre of Excellence (CoE) team located at the MSC headquarter here in Geneva, Switzerland, we are looking for a permanent position of SAP Deputy Competence Center Manager, who will be co-responsible together with the Head of SAP CCoE for the overall activities of SAP solutions operating for MSC and for its entities worldwide. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration and problem-solving skills, business knowledge and SAP solution expertise mostly in the Finance & Controlling domain, as well as integration with other SAP modules (mostly but not limited to MM, SD, FSCM, Master Data, Roles and Authorisations). SAP S/4 experience is also highly appreciated. MAIN REPONSIBILITIES The SAP Deputy Competence Center Manager will : SAP Deputy Competence Center Manager Be knowledgeable of and operate SAP projects methodologies to support respective rollouts. This would involve full implementation cycles from Business Requirement Blueprinting, Coordination, Designing Proof of Concept, Solution configurations, Functional specification for the developments, incident management, testing (unit, scenario, non-regression and coordinating User Acceptance Tests) Training and Documentation. Create and negotiate statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting.
Compétences requises:
University Degree (preferably in Finance / Accounting or IT) Minimum of 10 years’ experience in SAP projects, implementation/ rollouts and support. S/4 experience highly appreciated. Knowledge and experience in following areas would be considered an added advantage: FI, CO, SD, MM, FSCM especially in TRM, IHC, DM & CLM, roles & authorisations, interfaces, workflow. Important motivation for Business Process Improvement with SAP Solution Manager, with Business Process Analytics, Business Process Monitoring, Dashboard Reports etc. Usage of SIGNAVIO a plus. Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines, must be able to work independently, self- motivated and quick learner.
